Tips: ENTER / ALT-L

You can press ENTER or ALT-L to List and choose registers details like below snapshots.  You can see the registers listed with explanation.  Not only you get more readable list but also you can select the register you want to go.

Take SMBIOS as an example

ALT-L: You will see the SMBIOS type 0 in details

• Add support to read/write AP's MSR.

 Minor changes:
