RU.EXE + RU.EFI: RU 5.41.0434 BETA

Just a minor change. NOT TESTED.

Possibly fix go to the wrong PCI device in some platforms. (This problem existed since PCI segment support was added)
ARM EFI file is now in RELEASE mode
