Bugs fixed - Multiple hangs fixed!
- Fix RU.EFI hangs while reading MSR hangs in Kabylake platform
- Fix RU.EFI hangs running on Comet Lake U platform since 5.11.0196
- Fix RU.EFI hangs in a system without GOP
- Fix writing to CPU MSRs is not working
- Fix CTRL-G not working, it sometimes go to address 0
- Fix RU.EFI Ctrl-F, Ctrl-D waits for keys to continue
- ALT-8 CPU MSR will first select which CPU to look at, so as ALT-M
- Display Number of CPUs in System Info [CPU] section.
- Add /S to command line as SAFE mode

It is an obsolete function and is for RU.EXE only.
For example, if you want RU.EXE to open CMOS every time then you can first choose CMOS then Save-Default Setting.
Next time you run RU.EXE it will be CMOS, no need to select CMOS every time.
The RU.EXE can be rename as CMOS.EXE.
But it was replaced by the RU.SET file which will remember the last setting you exited RU.
Thanks James, but the Save-Default Setting function doesn't seem to work on RU.EXE.
I think it is not working because of the saved RU.SET takes the priority. I can check if I can ignore RU.SET when default is save.
I think I found the problem. Will be fixed in next version.
