RU.EFI v5.00 build 0054

This version is a more stable one and tested in both X64 and IA32 systems.  However there could still have many bugs, please leave me comments here if you found one.
  1. Fixed can't read all CPU MSRs in IA32
  2. Fixed displaying PCI BARs messing up the screen.
  3. Added back Open/Close config feature for SIO (not tested)
  4. Fixed hanging while entering RU with some platforms.
  5. Fixed displaying wrong size of HDD.
  6. Added back UEFI variable access.
  7. IMPORTANT fix: Fixed PCI write not working.

    我不知道如何寫信告訴你。我有將畫面拍下來但不知道要如何提供。

    當我在使用ru.efi v5.00 debug MahoBay 時，進入ru.efi之後畫面偏右下。
